Glück Bakery was founded in march 2024 with a clear purpose: to share happiness through our cookies. The name Glück, which means happiness in German, reflects the soul of our bakery: to make every bite a small dose of joy.
The founder, Fernanda, grew up in her grandmother’s kitchen, surrounded by a love for baking. From a young age, she learned that the true essence of homemade cooking is about sharing special moments with the ones you love most. Her baked goods always brought the family together around the table, creating memories filled with flavor and warmth. However, it wasn’t until a trip to New York City that Fernanda discovered her true passion for the city’s famous giant cookies: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and filled with generous chunks of chocolate that left a lasting impression with every bite. It was then that she dreamed of bringing this unique style to her own kitchen, but with the authentic, homemade touch she had always wanted to offer her customers.
